Mr Putilin regularly works with government authorities, NGOs and working groups implementing legal reforms in the regions of his practice. Inter alia, Mr Putilin:

• drafted amendments to the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005, Mediation Act 2012, Sports Development Act 1997 and Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012
